Each rate is quoted per J’aider working.

Cleaning and organizing starting at $40/hour plus tax.

Each appointment is a MINIMUM of 3 hours.

Billing

We send an invoice to your email account after your appointment. You may pay via e-transfer to jaidehelp@gmail.com or with your credit card.

 

The Basic - $40/hour plus tax

These are chores that can likely get completed within an hour. Dog walking; folding a few loads of laundry; basic kitchen clean; cleaning out the fridge; sweeping and mopping the floor.

The Extras - $40/hour plus tax

Some chores do require more time and energy and we want you to have realistic expectations about the duration from start to completion. Cleaning multiple bathrooms; washing, drying and folding a few loads of laundry; sorting through previously loved toys, clothes and decorations and meal prep for the week are just a few tasks that will definitely require more than one hour.

Ugh - $40/hour plus tax

The UGH. The others. The chores that shall not be named. There are rooms in your home that have become abandoned of people and rather become a dumping ground of: Halloween costumes; old art projects; boxes of cosmetic samplers; clothes that no longer fit; papers, receipts, warranties; and all toys that have broken and you have promised to repair. These rooms shall be conquered, but you need our HELP! Pantries and all the cupboards in your kitchen could use some love! How is your linen closet looking? Are your bookshelves even holding books? We won’t talk mention your closet or under the basement stairs. But seriously, we are here to FINALLY TACKLE all the “UGH” places in your dwelling.

Packing your moving items - $45/hour plus tax

Yes, we can help you move! Whether you are downsizing, upsizing, moving across the city or across the country, we will help you pack your items and label your boxes.

Unpacking moving items - $45/hour plus tax

Welcome to the neighbourhood! We are here to help you unpack and organize your pantry, your bathroom, your linen closet, whatever space that needs some T.L.C.

Donations - $35 per pick up/drop off

We will pick up your items and drop them off at a local charity.

Deep Cleaning - $50/hour plus tax

We work on the cabinet fronts, counter tops, baseboards, corners, vacuuming and steam cleaning/mopping your floors.

ONLINE CONSULTATIONS! $50

Need inspiration, motivation, guidance and are short on time? We offer a 45-minute consultation where you show walk us through your space while we learn more about how you use your home. Then, you will receive a PDF of storage ideas and visuals as to how you can use that space, as well as ideas to get your family members involved.

 

Catchment Areas

J’aide is an ever growing business, but currently our focus is in the east end of Toronto. We generally service East to West between Markham Rd and Sherbourne St, and North to South between Lawrence Ave E and Lake Shore Blvd E. However TTC routes may impact service available as many of our J’aiders rely on public transportation.

Exceptions might be made for an additional travel fee, at the staff’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note that we require a minimum 24 hour notice.

You will be billed a 50% total service fee if less than 24 hours notice is given.

If less than 12 hours notice is given, you will be charged the full service amount.
